Carrie Frye founded her eponymous firm in 2013 to offer an experience where every client receives senior-level, hands-on design work that drives business results and shapes the human experience.

As the company’s lead designer, Carrie personally oversees all projects and begins each project by understanding the client’s business goals. The firm is known as a major force behind some of Charlotte’s most beloved eateries and has created the corporate offices for national brands.
